Where is my product?
Please use our tracking code in our shipment confirmation email to track your shipment.

When will my order arrive?
Orders are dispatched within 48 hours of placing an order.
Delivery times may vary depending on your location but most orders should arrive within a week.
Please use our tracking code contained in our delivery shipment confirmation email to track your order.
What is Louis FAGLIN's return policy?
Louis FAGLIN accepts returns on purchases made via our online store for up to 30 days after delivery.
Products must be returned in their original condition to be eligible for a refund.

How do I return an order?
Please click the link below to send us an email with the required information to initiate a return.
Instructions will be provided thereafter depending on your location.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
All products are gift-ready by default however we do not add gift wrapping to our cardboard shipping box for security and damage-prevention purposes.
To prepare a gift, remove our invoice on the outside of the box and wrap the cardboard box as is.
We do not recommend unzipping our shipping box and recommend wrapping the box as is for the full gift experience.
We do not include receipts, invoices or other price-related documents inside our shipping box.

Are bracelets, necklaces and rings true to size?
Yes they are.
Can bangle openings be stretched open and closed?
We do not recommend stretching bangles open and closed as this may create a tear with repeated action.
Never stretch bangles open and closed more than is required.
Wear and tear, including tears from stretching our bangles open and closed, is not covered by our lifetime guarantee.
Louis FAGLIN is not responsible for breakage due to stretching bangles open and closed.
Are Louis FAGLIN products waterproof?
No. Slight contact with water won't harm products but prolonged contact, submerging products, taking showers with products, etc may impact the appearance of your product.
We recommend avoiding contact with all liquids.
How often should I clean Louis FAGLIN products?
You only need to wipe Louis FAGLIN products 2-3 times a year for maximum durability.

Where are Louis FAGLIN products made?
Louis FAGLIN products are made in France, Japan, China and Thailand depending on a number of factors including expertise required to manufacture the product, time of year and customer location.
All guilloche products (products featuring intricate geometric engravings) are made in France.
Where is Louis FAGLIN based?
Louis FAGLIN is based out of Paris, France and Yokohama, Japan.
We have two showrooms, an international online store and a Japanese online store.
Are Louis FAGLIN products available in retail stores?
Louis FAGLIN is available in certain retail stores like Barneys New York, United Arrows and SHIPS though mostly in Asia.
