There is no minimum order requirement for our free international shipping.
All Louis FAGLIN orders are shipped out within 48 hours from when an order is placed.
You will receive a notification by email and/or SMS notification when your order is dispatched.
We strive to deliver packages as soon as possible but your order may take more than a week depending on your location as well as unforeseen circumstances like customs inspections and bad weather.
Use our tracking code to track your package as it makes its way to your door.
If your products arrives defective, we will provide the cost of return shipping and provide a replacement or full refund.

All of our products come with a signature Louis FAGLIN product box for gifting and storage purposes.
Our international shipping box uses 100% recycled and recyclable paper in an effort to reduce waste.
Returns & exchanges
We offer free international returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery if the product is defective.
Products and accompanying items must be returned in their original condition for a return or exchange.
